- How old must my pet be at enrollment? [ click here ]
- Your pet must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll.
- Is there a maximum age for enrollment? [ click here ]
- No. There is no upper age limit for enrollment of cats and dogs, however cats (10+) and dogs (8+) may only enroll in the Accident Program or the Accident & Illness Program with $300, $400 or $ 500 deductible.
- What do I have to do to keep my pet's insurance in good standing? [ click here ]
- Ensure that your pet has an annual physical and keep up to date with the vaccinations recommended by your veterinarian.
For accident&illness policy holders, we request that you ask your veterinarian to forward your pet's medical records to us for receipt within 30 days of enrollment (failure to do so may result in cancellation).
- What veterinary costs are covered? [ click here ]
- Veterinary fees covered include but are not limited to: prescribed medication, x-rays, surgeries, hospitalization, ultra-sounds, MRI/CAT scans, homeopathic treatments including acupuncture and chiropractic, chemotherapy and referrals.
- Are there any veterinary costs that will not be covered? [ click here ]
- We do not offer coverage for any costs associated with your pet's routine/preventative care or general maintenance. Coverage is not provided for pre-existing accidents and/or illnesses.
- What is the deductible on these programs? [ click here ]
- The accident deductible is $100 payable for each accident claimed. You may choose the level of illness deductible that suits your finances. The illness deductible is paid once per illness claimed, in each policy year.
- I have heard that some breeds of dog are more prone to hereditary conditions.
Will these illnesses be covered?[ click here ]
- Yes. If you enroll your dog into the Accident & Illness program, hereditary conditions will be covered unless the problem was symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment.

A $2 fee for monthly pay plan will automatically be included each month in your monthly billing.

- You will receive a claim form with your document of insurance. You may also download our claims form here
or call us at 1-866-432-6299.
Simply fill in the Owner portion of the form and ask your veterinarian to fill in the Veterinarian portion of the claim form. Send that form back to us with the associated proof of payment and details of treatment. Fill out a claim form.
